Rare Petrified Wood, Egg Canyon, Circle Cliffs, Garfield Co, Utah. Here is a 12cm by 10.5cm stunning black polished plate of petrified wood from the Triassic Chinle formation, the same era as much of the Arizona petrified wood. Very clear growth rings from this unusual locality.
