Unique and Rare a petrified tree trunk with a petrified hemp/willow string tied around the circumference and secured with a wood cinch handle. I will show string and knots with chalk this evening. The string and knots have a different texture and feel. The string is more fragile, brittle compared to the trunk. Photos #8 & 9 show handle and string the best. All photos show the string. Tree trunk measures- 12 Ht. X 11″Wide x 10″Depth. Growth rings present, wood grain and bark from the Pliocene era.
