There are TEN petrified pine cones (probably Equicalastrobus sp) in this collection. They were found far west of Boujdour, in Western Sahara (Morocco). The petrified cones presumably date from the Eocene (54 to 37 million years ago), as they were surface collected in Eocene deposits. The cones range in length from 2.1 to 1.88 inches. All of the cones contain some seeds. All of my fossils are guaranteed authentic and have been legally obtained. Track Page Views With. Auctiva’s FREE Counter.
