Hello and welcome to my listing of this Magnificent Petrified Wood specimen. Possibly Cypress (we are awaiting verification from several universities), this Massive Fossil is unique in the entire world. It would be an excellent addition to any rare fossil collection. You may see plenty of petrified logs out there that are just laying around on the ground or propped up with iron stands. This is an entire trunk with the bark intact and standing on its own. At over 8 ft tall, there is no mistaking it for just another rock upon first viewing. So who buys a million dollar Petrified tree? Someone who wants what no one else has. Fossils are hot right now and this is an exceptional one! Interested parties may include.. Millionaires building infinity ponds. Maybe a Tokyo art dealer or curator. It would be nice for any type of attraction or museum maybe right next to your T-Rex. Perhaps an Arab Emirates group would like to have it as a centerpiece in a fountain. Take it on the road and charge admission! Im sure if you have read this far you are the type of person who recognizes a true treasure and you will know exactly what to do with it. How about a top to bottom diagonal cut and polish? That would be incredible, and who knows what it would reveal! Cut it into an actual throne. Sit in your throne! Now for a better description. Up at the top where the circumference is right at 6Ft you can see its true inner beauty and hints of its possibilities to anyone considering making table top slabs out of it. Most of the close up photos show the mineralization and crystallization at the top. It appears to have clear quartz agate. This is also where the inside really sparkles. Around the trunk, in the middle, right at 4 ft from the base, it measures 9 ft 10 inches around. You can give it a hug, but unless your 8 ft tall your fingers might not touch. Standing next to it is incredible! Finally, around the base, it is uneven where the roots used to run out in all directions. This measures 18Ft approximately. I recommend serious buyers come here to San Antonio Tx to view the specimen. Photos don’t do it justice. Weighing in at over 8 tons. It will require special logistics to get it to you. Thats not going to be a problem. I will personally oversee the safe transport to any location in the world.
