So, what do you think? Is it Petrified Wood or Not? Even if It’s not. I still see something very interesting happening with this Rock. I’m sure you have already noticed the melted metal coming out it. And that brings up a question or two. Like, how old is this rock? And if you’re thinking millions of years? Then how could that melted bit of metal still be there? I’m thinking that it should have been, worn off or knocked off a long time ago. If it actually is that old. Obviously, it had to get really hot at some point, to make that metal melt. And the metal obviously came from the inside of the rock. This may not be petrified wood at all. Honestly, I don’t know enough to say one way or the other. What I do see in this rock, is a very cool conversation piece. One of a kind, if you will. You can have fun with your friends or perhaps your students. And keep them guessing about the why and how of it all. Here is what I’m hoping. Will see what I see in this item and make me a generous offer. And then you will own this one-of-a-kind specimen. I’ll probably never see another item like this one. So, I’m hoping that someone will have a strong desire to own it. If not, I really don’t mind keeping it. I think it’s very cool. It’s kind of like a magic trick. Only it’s not a trick, but more like a puzzle. Figuring out the pieces and how they fit together. Sorry, I do not guarantee this rock to be petrified wood.
